Norik is the Director of Project Management. He is responsible for leading 3CIS’ largest projects, from start to finish, ensuring that our projects result in the highest quality of outputs.He joined 3CIS in 2011 as a Project Manager and quickly moved into leadership roles.

During his previous role as a senior PM, Norik led the planning, implementation and success of multiple largescale projects. He was responsible for providing recommendations, monitoring project process and providing technical assistance upon request. He is passionate about identifying opportunities, finding solutions and always delivering as expected.
